Iran wants Saddam tried in an International Court
Iran has stated they would like to see Saddam Hussein tried in the world Court perhaps in the Hague for war crimes. I never heard anything about what Kuwait wants to do with Saddam. I am going to Google that later.

1. They want it so that evidence of US involvement in the Iran/Iraq
War will come out. The US won't let it happen.

The judicial system in Iraq is appointed by the US.

Having the trial by the "Iraqi" court or the US courts would create long lasting problems for us.
