Fla Dem Meeting Q&As - Where's Waldo, Edwards, Clark?!
Not flamebait, honest.
But this is bugging me and I want to make sure I got it straight.

Most of the candidates scheduled to participate in the Q&A sessions did so.

Clark and Edwards failed to appear, right?

(Clark was scheduled to be with Dean and Kucinich but wasn't;
Edwards was scheduled to be with Kerry (I think) but wasn't.)

If so, WTF?

Did either of them offer a legit excuse, e.g., a note from their
mothers...anything?

2. Oooo, my apologies to Edwards. I just missed his session then.
What "problems" did Clark have to fight, do you know rwheeler31?
Could you please expand on your answer?

Thx.

4. There is a huge Noreaster that is probably holding up alot of flights
so if he was coming from anywhere north of Florida(which is somewhat likely) flying was probably dangerous.

5. If Clark had to go back to New England.....
the weather is terrible there tonight. Flight cancellations everywhere. Just a guess, and I'll tell ya what...I just looked at www.rnc.com, they have every candidate but Clark posted on that website, so if I were Clark I wouldn't be publishing any flight schedules. Does the name Wellstone ring any bells. It's probably far fetched, but ya never know. There was that "grassy knoll" and also the abrubt end to young Robert Kennedy's campaign.

Enough of conspircy theories, but just the same during this day and age, I would think it extremly prudent that no candidate post his or her travel plans publicly.

8. From the Clark blog
Clark didn't stay because things were running way behind schedule.

Apparently he is appearing in Norfolk early tomorrow morning.

7. no kidding,
if he doesn't voluntarily ruin his campaign by, say, late February I'm sure he'll be receiving a few warnings.

he has to wear kEVLAR everywhere, you know

wouldn't that be an ideal way to determine the frontrunner? by who has to walk around in the bulletproof vest?

9. Oh, g-d.....
don't say that! What a nightmare that would be! I agree, they should tell no one their flight schedules.

12. In A Way, I'm Glad That Kerry Got The Q & A To Himself
Kerry really shone during his time in the spotlight today....

If I weren't commited to my candidate- Kerry would have moved to #1 today.

It was how he should have been all along!
