35. This Kerry Fan Says Absolutely!!!
These are two fantastic candidates, and I would be proud to get behind them. Obviously, I think Kerry would make a much better, more complete President, but these guys are both quality people.

And lead it to victory.

25. no, of course not but I agree with him
I just don't see Clark being able to pull it off based on himself although the party may do it anyway because it just has to happen.

Not so with Edwards. He can do it with his his own gifts.

And its the same with Dean as with Clark.

4. Absolutely!
I think Clark/Edwards could actually beat Bush.

Clark would make mincemeat of Bush' pretend military exploits and Edwards would charm the South...okay, I'm being simplistic...but, I'm just sayin...

But to even consider the possibility of Dean losing might be too much to compute for some Deaniacs.

9. We'd Better!
All this arguing among the various Democratic factions is all very well and good...and boy, I bet the Bu'shists just love it...but when push comes down to shove, we all have to get behind whoever gets the nomination...the object is to get rid of Arbusto!

I originally supported Dean, back when, but I never really had a sense that he would win...the reason that people "Like" Bush is because he's such an optimistic "Good Ol' Boy"!...and Dean comes across as perenially pissed off! The General doesn't...and he has everything that Bush doesn't...but, that being said...if Dean gets nominated, I'll vote for him...He's a DEMOCRAT...so am I. Let's stop all of this penny-ante childish squabbling amongst ourselves, and get with the program!

11. I will support the nominee
without bitching and complaining. Once a nominee is selected the time for intra-party criticism is over, and all efforts must be directed at the Great Satan in the White House. I expect the same from people supporting all 9 candidates.

38. He's not running again
Because he knows he'll have to run as a Republican if he wants any votes. He sure as hell won't be getting many from Dems after the scummy stunt he pulled in endorsing Bush's re-election.

I fear my far left progressive friends would not support a military man in charge of the civil government.

Just being honest

32. maybe, maybe not
if (a) Clark/Edwards made it 100% clear that they would not vote for another IWR; and (b) he won the most delegates fair and square in the primaries - then i'd regard him favorably.

but if he would "win" the nomination in a "brokered convention" scenario, without gaining a clear advantage in the primaries - then all bets are off.

The only possibility of forcing me to vote Green would have been a Lieberman nomination. What a maggot.
