Is anyone itching to hear more news about their candidate today?
It seems that most topic posts in this forum is from yesterday, so it looks like today's a slow day for political news.

I hate sitting around on my hands, wondering when a good thread is going to open up....

3. The candidates are wise to lay back the next few days...
because anything they might say will be lost in the Bush coverage. After Thursday, I bet it will fire up again.

7. Posts from yesterday
I'm tellin' ya, I'm getting sick and tired of being away for hours or getting here first thing in the morning, only to see threads that weren't of any interest yesterday or last week here on the first page again.

9. Seriously?! The candidate threads are the least interesting things on here
X eats a sandwich! Y mildly criticizes Bush! X bashes Y! Z agrees with X's bashing of Y!

11. Well, to each his/her own
It's just that the never-give-an-inch candidate endorsements that often accompany those threads are very disasteful to me, and led to me taking a two month break from the board. But hey, it's a free board after all, right?

:hi:
