These are the days that make cable TV reporters happy as a hog in shit

What to report? Do we continue with the Jessica story? Do we continue to get live updates on the Kobe assault case? Do we report on the long-awaited 9/11 report? Or do we show pictures of the dead Hussein Bros? Every story has a life span and which will still be breathing after today is over?
