You Gotta Have a Strategery...
So what IS George W. Bush's exit strategy?

According to the Daily Misleader (http://daily.misleader.org/ctt.asp?u=1162259&1=8418), back during the presidential campaign, Bush was very specific when he said, "The force must be strong enough so that the mission can be accomplished. And the exit strategy needs to be well-defined."

Now he's saying his "clear" exit strategy is, "our forces will be coming home as soon as their work is done."

Three months ago Ari Fleischer said Bush's exit strategy is "we will see this mission through."

In September, little Donnie Rumsfeld said our exit strategy was passing off to Iraqis political responsibility for their country. "That's our exit strategy," Rummy said. But then, he turned around and redefined the plan earlier this week, saying, Our exit strategy in Iraq is success. It's that simple."

Now, if we can just get Rummy to take a break from announcing new troop deployments and reserve call-ups -- if we can divert his attention from intensified "tooth and claw" shows of power with fresh bombing raids -- maybe he will be kind enough to define "success" for us while he's at it.

In the meantime, the definition of "exit" is to depart. Exit means "a way out -- to leave a place..."

"Strategy" is the science of planning, especially military operations prior to actual engagement with the enemy.

A "plan" is a method of proceeding toward the goal set forth in your strategy--usually formulated before any action is taken..

Then, there's design...scheme...project...hope...wish...

But sometimes, none of the above applies. BushCo is giving every indication that they're just gonna continue to make it up as they go along -- until their "work" is done, whatever that means. Then, if there's anybody left, they can come home.

Sounds like a "strategery" to me. How 'bout you?
