Just broke for a commercial after a brief mention of it, saying he'd be questioning a guest from the web site ComputerTalkAmerica.

on edit: sheesh, what a copout! The guest is totally apolitical--his conclusion: that's a political problem, not a technology problem--end of subject.

on 2nd edit: now they're discussing it again because of a computer professional who called in and brought the issue to the front. General agreement: lack of paper proof is a big problem; potential for fraud is very real.
