Meanwhile, somewhere in the Pentagon...
Edited on Fri Oct-24-03 02:57 AM by thebigidea

RUMSFELD: "My goodness! All of these unadviseable unknown events occuring in a known yet somehow still unknown at this point manner just might be VERY unhelpful."

WOLFOWITZ: "Yes, yes... but regime change is something worth striving for..."

RUMSFELD: "I repeat, Paul - MY GOODNESS. We've got to get on top of this, think outside the box and get the box to contain what WE want it to contain..."

WOLFOWITZ: "Yes, sir. Fail upward, right."

RUMSFELD: "We've got to ask for even more money. The reason we aren't making good progress is because Congress is being unhelpful."

WOLFOWITZ: "If they really wanted to support the troops, they would give us more lasers... lasers are liberation made, uh... light."

RUMSFELD: "My goodness, and MORE MISSILES! Really phallic ones that have nuclear implications..."

WOLFOWITZ: "The reason why we're losing the war on terror is because we don't have neutron technology where we need it."

RUMSFELD: "We need a smaller footprint, a neutron revolution in military thinking. A way to attack targets in a more flexible manner, with less troops and at the drop of an unhelpful hat."

WOLFOWITZ: "So that's a yes on Syria, then?"
