Miami-Dade County
Are there any Dean meetups here in the county? The closest ones I could find are in Broward.

Also, these are some activities from the "get local" section of Dean for America:

Miami for Dean working meeting (11 registered participants)
Univ. of Miami's Marine Science School, 4600 Rickenbacker Causeway
Miami, Fl
This is an open meeting!! We welcome all local supporters of Dean. We have several committees working on many events and if you'd like to get involved we'd love to have you there. Come join to see what's going on and help make it happen! Saturday, November 1st, 10:00 AM
The U of M Marine Campus is the first light after the Miami Sea Aquarium on 4600 Rickenbacker Causeway. Don't forget the causeway has a $1 toll. After entering the school you will see signs to direct you. Some of the regulars who know where we usually meet should always look at the signs because rooms can change. Check out www.MiamiForDean.org for more info and directions.

"Dancing for Dean" Birthday Bash (14 registered participants)
9421 SW 65 Street

2. Nothing in North Dade?
Someone needs to start meetups in the Aventura/Miami Gardens/N Miami Beach area.

3. so start one
meetups are spontaneous. Go to the meetup site and vote for the venue you like. If you don't like any of the venues, nominate one. If enough people vote for it, there will be a meetup there.

It's all very grassroots.
