Anyone watch CBS Early Show this AM? Segment on customer loyalty
and data mining. :puke:

I kept asking the people on TV if they'd be as loyal to their employees as they would their customers; or ask them if they'd ask their supervisors to be as loyal to them as they are to customers...

10 minutes of propaganda on how great customer support is too. :eyes:

treat their employees. That is why I now buy only Summit Beer. Minnesota company that opened up the stock to the employees. It wasn't a public stock, and they expect the employees in 5yrs to own like 15 pct. That is the equal to the largest investors share. I like that! And sounds like the employees do too. http://www.startribune.com/stories/535/5778754.html
