How did this happen? How did we get into this mess? Why no real debate?

Here's how: Throw the mantle 'terrorism' and 'we are in a war' on everything (legal and illegal) you do, say and suggest. When someone challenges you, divert to 'Bill Clinton' and 'Jimmy Carter' as past actions for your current actions. Keep the public diverted from the questions being asked by becoming a master of 'not answering the question'. If all else fails, use the word 'unpatriotic' to keep yourself on top of the situation of conflict you are facting. Throw in the 'support the troops' at every given available moment... feed all of this to the gullible Americans, whose brain is already so whitewashed, they can't decipher between fact and fiction.

For those of us who challenge these talking points and can clearly see through the fog of 'BS', threaten us with 'left wing loonie tunes' talk. Label everyone loud and clear. "You are either for us or against us" and dare you speak against us, retribution is just around the corner. Big Brother is seriously watching!!!

Throw out the laws we dont like, write new ones as needed...then dare anyone to do anything about it. What IS this place we call America.. I can hardly recognize this place now. If in fact it was the terrorists intention to change our way of life, I guess we know who won!!

2. It's like this

* wants the 'terrorists' to like us, that way he can say he won the war on terror. As he has stated, "they hate us for our freedoms". So, in his mind (?) the logical way to handle this is to eliminate the reason they hate us. Now, if we don't have 'freedoms' they won't hate us anymore, right? Brilliant isn't he? (multiple sarcasms here)

The idea is to print out computer labels / signs / whatever with "IMPEACH" printed on them...and stick them everywhere. Most everyone can do this and I think the idea has merrit.
