5. Yeah, the same ones that blamed the TWU for the strike

They're liars. I'm sure Bloomberg blinked. He never expected them to strike. He thought he could swing his dick around and get them to give up everything they've struggled for. Asshole.

The thing antiunion people on this board keep missing is that NOBODY WANTS A STRIKE. It's an absolute last resort, something that should be avoided whenever possible. It creates hardship for everyone, ESPECIALLY the striking workers.

My guess is that Bloomberg realized he couldn't just go to a bunch of day laborers gathered on a corner in Harlem and put them to work running the subway system, that the job took skill and experience.

Let's hope the TWU get what the workers need. Let's hope the corruption at the MTA is exposed for what it is. Let's hope the rich all over the country realize there's just so far they can push all of us before we start to push back.

6. I am with you...
The media's take on "Bloomi's Win" seems about as accurate as their carrying water for the White House and * claims that the "renewal of the patriot act in the Senate was a win for *" --
