Does anyone listen to DirectTV music, and the changes?
The channels have changed, the music is now coming from radio stations, and I noticed it cut off last weekend. :wtf: I thought it was supposed to be a 24/7 kind of a station(s).

1. DirectTV now has XM stations.
And they suck. They are still 24/7 though.

2. They are carrying the first 60 (approximately) channels of XM
I have XM radio as well but there are about 200 channels of XM radio. Unfortunately, my DTV isn't playing Air America Radio but they do have a lot of non MSM news.

3. I'm not happy with it
I preferred the old format...without DJs. I hate talk when I want music.

I do enjoy the Village - the folk channel - but the rest of it is a waste, as far as I'm concerned. We tried to listen to the Blues channel but there was too much DJ crap and it was annoying.

I really did enjoy the old format.

4. The 40s channel is strickly whitebread now.
No Cab Calloway, no Django Reinhardt, just interminable ballads.
