When and where did Bush say U.S. Constitution was "just a piece of paper"?

but then again, just look at the way this guy has been behaving. He all but came out and said, "yeah, I broke the law....whatcha gonna do about it?"

With no named sources, and there's been no coverage of this anywhere else in CorporateMedia or Alternative media (that wasn't just quoting CHB).

It's certainly plausible, like many tales coming out of CHB, but not yet proven.

4. Since it so clearly echoes Hitler's famous claim, I have doubts

Hitler said the same thing about his treaty with Chamberlain when he invaded Poland. It just sounds too pat that Bush would argue the same thing. Also, if all these wonderful sources will talk to CHB (he claims he has three unnamed sources) why wouldn't they talk to the WP or NYT or CNN?
