The bowtie idiot tried to change the subject whenever he got an answer he didn't like and Barney wouldn't let him - plus he talked over Congressman Frank's responses and Barney stopped him everytime and told him that if he didn't want his COMPLETE answers to his questions, he wasn't gonna waste his time by comming back anymore, since bowtie boy pretty had all the answers himself.
