and it is so obvious he broke the law - he did NOT go to the FISA court, he did NOT ask for a wiretap, what the hell law is he invoking that he used? there is NO such law except these two exceptions;

even constitutional lawyers say that the FISA court is unconstitutional itself

and so why did he go around that court which would give him carte blanche in any case? WhY?
