"We are not an outcome based democracy. Even in a time of war, there is a process that must be followed. I'm not aware of any way to get around going to the court on this one."

2. Not too many republican's

are speaking out against this, though it should be bipartisan. Lindsey seems to stand strong in what he thinks is right and wrong, though I often disagree with it. Good on this great on torture. Bad on habeas corpus.

He is still saying he wants to see the legal basis for it. Fair enough unless he is overly swayed by Yoo's opinion.
