The civilized world must treat the Bush administration as criminals.
The European Union, Canada, Japan, India, and all other democracies in the world must make it clear to Bush/Cheney/Rove/Rumsfeld and others of their ilk, that, once they leave office, they are persona-non-grata. (They currently have diplomatic immunity.)

There are countries in which Henry Kissinger cannot set foot, or he will be arrested. The Bush mob should be put on notice that the same applies to them. They are torturers, war criminals and, by any rational definition, fascists and tyrants.

The Bush thugs can scream, rant, rave and threaten all they want to. They can't take on the entire civilized world. And it's imperative that they forever fear to set foot in any civilized land.

2. Exile ALL OF THEM ...
... to the Hellhole Ranch! It would constitute 'cruel and unusual punishment' -- but it's more leniency than they deserve.

5. *sigh* dream on. The Bushistas rule in the name of big business.
And big business rules us here in Europe, also. Things are worsening rapidly here. Just yesterday the new German Minister of the Interior Schäuble said it must be o.k. to use evidence gained by torture (as long as Germans don't torture themselves). Also he very much wants to use the Army as "police" during the soccer world championship...

8. I'd rather America made them persona non grata
I'd rather America did the right thing. I'd rather America proved it had a modicum of integrity.

I'm not looking to other countries to do America's job.

Kissinger isn't hurting because a few countries have warrants on him - and the Bush Regime won't be hurting either.

But then you did say civilized and democracies - America is neither. Civilized nations don't torture. Democratic nations have "elected" leaders.
