Activist Judge Cancels Christmas
December 14, 2005

WASHINGTON, DC—In a sudden and unexpected blow to the Americans working to protect the holiday, liberal U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Stephen Reinhardt ruled the private celebration of Christmas unconstitutional Monday.

3. There is precedence for this.
We all remember the Burgermeister Meisterberber doing the same thing. And later there was that foggy Christmas Eve where the reindeer couldn't see where they were going, so Santa called it off. Then, one time, Santa decided to throw in the towel because he thought nobody believed in him any more. And again, there was that blue Christmas, when it didn't snow. Remember?
