I thought the SEC stuff would be on the news this morning. Turned on TV and it's no where! Zip. Nada. Hush hush.

Did it happen or am I just missing it?

It is missing from the MSM, no surprise there, your librul media at work. Bradblog quoted extensively from the actual court document, so the litigation is real.

I checked all over the AP first thing. Nope! Maybe it takes a couple of days...reporters are busy putting the multi-scenario strategy for Bush into play at the moment.

- insider trading
- illegal stuff
- lack of proper checks & balances in the machines
- etc etc

all of which most dems already know.
