Iran Threatens Israel: Kerry Condemns, Bush Lets Iran "Win"
December 9, 2005

Iran's president reminded all of us on Thursday just how much of a threat Iran poses to Israel -- and how far outside of the mainstream Iran really is. Two months ago, Iran's president insisted that Israel "must be wiped off the map;" yesterday, he questioned whether the Holocaust happened, and suggested that Israel should be moved to Europe.

Democratic Senator John Kerry eloquently took-on Iran's president yesterday: "For the leader of any country to question whether the Holocaust happened and suggest Israel be moved to Europe is beyond unacceptable. ...If President Ahmadinejad has any doubts about the Holocaust, he should have the guts to visit Auschwitz or talk to Holocaust survivors about the horrors they can never forget."

Meanwhile, the Jewish Telegraphic Agency reported recently that AIPAC -- the central organization lobbying for Israel on behalf of American Jews -- has criticized the Bush Administration's handling of Iran. The Administration recently endorsed Europe's plan to let Iran continue nuclear development, despite grave concerns that Iran -- a key threat to Israel -- wants to acquire nuclear weapons.

In a statement, AIPAC said, "Last week's decision allowed Iran to win a critical round in its game of cat-and-mouse with the international community."

1. The fact is the U.S. can not contain Iran
An invasion of Iran would make Iraq look like a day at the carnival.

2. Yep
Iran is winning a lot. Looks like their plan to make Israel the ruiling country in the mid east isn't working out for them.

3. The hardliners on all sides - US, Iran, Israel - need each other

to justify their mutual excesses, corruption, and manipulation of terror within each country.

Remove any side of this triangle of death, and they'll all disintegrate. That's exactly what's happening, today.

Good riddance. They can all share the same prison camp on a tropical island.
