big giant flashing sign about the Pentagon Solar Power Program displayed right on the big Hwy 395 Expressway....is this a NEW SHRUB PROGRAM?...the flashing sign was eye-popping (and distracting for drivers) solar power is now at the pentagooon!!!!!....

so, looking this up on the internet to find out about shrub's new initiative....what do you think ??? IMO, there's a BIG SPIN for the dick cheney NEW energy plan coming out as soon as the shrub get's back from his 'hot' asian tour....

2. somehow, I had the sick feeling that this would be part of election
2004...is this another KKKarl rove fiasco???

it's hard enough to find your way through the maze of interconnecting highways and extrance/exits coming across the Potomac River into Virginia...and NOW, the pentagoon spend OUR tax money to advertise ON THE FREEWAY...and no doubt create MORE accidents than the already intolerable daily traffic crashes....

isn't there some kind of BAN on spending taxpayers money for shrub's campaine ads????

3. SEPCO is Florida based, maybe Jebbie got them the contract.

Not sure how you would look into the bidding process.
