1. How does it need correction:
"Swiftboating is American political jargon for the untruthful and inaccurate portrayal of John Kerry's decorated military experience in Vietnam. Analyses of the Swift Boat Veterans For Truth organization's ads against Democratic presidential candidate Senator John F. Kerry in the 2004 election campaign lied in alleging that Kerry was being untruthful in his representation of his military record.

Swiftboating is a newly coined political term for exaggeration and embellishment in a public relations assault on a political opponent."

Sounds about right to me.

4. it says this now:
Swiftboating
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.

Swiftboating is American political jargon for truthful and accurate debunking of John Kerry's exaggerated military experience in Vietnam. The Swift Boat Veterans For Truth organization's ads against Democratic presidential candidate Senator John F. Kerry in the 2004 election campaign revealed the candidate to be untruthful in his representation of his military record.

Swiftboating is a newly coined political term for exaggeration and embellishment in a public relations assault on a political opponent.

Examples

* "Character assassination is the Bill Clinton tactic of choice, eagerly mimicked by his media surrogates, whenever the White House is confronted by a critic who challenges it on any matters. "<1>
* "The alternative media, (Matt Drudge, Rush Limbaugh, Bill O'Reilly, Sean Hannity, etc.) has identified Cindy Sheehan, whose son was killed in Iraq, as a left wing moonbat worthy of a tarring and feathering by groups such as the swift-boat veterans."
* Howard Dean deserves to be swiftboated."<2>

and there will be an endless argument using words like "neologism" and "espousing NPOV" and all will remain the same in the Bizarro WikiVerse.

12. Great job? Did you write this paragraph?
"For example, the statements that Matt Drudge fucks eggs, Rush Limbaugh is a hillbilly heroin addict and that Bill O'Reilly masturbates over the phone and owns a vibrator shaped like a little cock are truthful, and thus not acts of swiftboating."

It's gone now, but Stephanie captured it in another thread.

Hysterical!
