Has the pResident broken his oath of office?
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

When you take an American citizen off the streets of America and lock them up without charging them of any crime and denying them any right to speedy trial or even an attorney are you defending the constitution? IMO there is no justification for disregarding the constitution at any time but particularly when we are so vulnerable to abuse as we are now with all government branches under one roof so to speak...

This entire last 5 years has been orchestrated for the express purpose of commiting acts that defile the Constitution and the office of the Presidency. The chimp should be sent back to the zoo where he belongs - BEHIND BARS!

11. Yes, BOTH Junior and Cheney have broken their oaths of office
MANY times. What about the Veep Oath of Office, promising to "protect the nation against ALL enemies foreign AND domestic"

The Dickhead IS a DOMESTIC enemy...and so is the whole of Bush Inc.

The breaking of BOTH oaths of office, this was their first Impeachable act.
