Has anyone else ever gotten an e-mail supposedly from the FBI like this?

I received this e-mail, supposedly sent by the FBI. I serious doubt it's real. I did not open the attachment, as I assume it's some kind of virus. I also had a bunch of other e-mails with various addresses saying mail I had sent was undeliverable, others saying a registration/password was contained in the attachment. I didn't open any of the attachments and just deleted the e-mails. This one was really weird, though. Has anyone else ever gotten anything like this?

My personal e-mail was loaded with weird stuff this morning. I didn't see anything on DU yesterday.

It is crap..

THe FBI would not send you an email, they would knock on your door. Emails are not secure and so even sending to you would risk any real case that Bush, I mean the FBI would have.

Just throw it away...

No way was I going to take it. I deleted all of the weird e-mails I had this morning and am going to delete this one right now. I never open attachments unless I know who the e-mail is from.

I had over 25 weird ones today.

happened to me at work, when a high school student sent a rap lyric they had written to a Senator---- who didn't understand it. *heehe*

the prince of Nigeria warning me not to open any email from the FBI or the Nigerian finance minister and could I please answer a few questions about my bank account and what websites I visit.

He is in exile and needs to hide some money from those who removed his father from power. I've agreed to let him use my bank account to hide these funds (he is a PRINCE after all) but little does my unsophisticated Nigerian friend know that once the funds have been deposited in my account (I need to send him my acount and routing numbers) I am going to just KEEP all his money! And were talking at least six figures! So, so long all you working class SUCKERS! I'm going to start living the good life. Hell at my new income level I'll probably qualify to benefit from the next round of Shrub's tax cuts!
