Where's Barbara (Not-Jenna) Bush?

Nobody's seen her in months. Last time anything was said, she was "in South Africa, working with AIDS victims." But in all those months, a picture of her and a little AIDS baby never made it back to the US, and nothing else was ever said about it.

We see Jenna from time to time, usually with a respectable (read Repuke) young man, but never do we see Miss Barbie.

I have no problem with them wanting privacy, but they kind of shot that idea in the foot when they campaigned for their father.

They did NOT choose a life in the public.

Their mother and father did.

We are bigger than this.

We did not like it when Rush Limbaugh called Chelsea Clinton the new WH dog. And we did not like it when John McCain said Chelsea was so ugly because Janet Reno was her father.

They were very wrong.

And we would be wrong to attack the twins.

Let's try to stick to attacking her father on his policies, don't you think?

I think attacking them on a personal level is still wrong.

I think we are totally valid in attacking their stand on the issues and supporting their father's crooked policies.

I just think we should take a hands-off approach when it comes to attacking them personally.

PRESIDENT George W Bush's daughter sent her father's secret service bodyguards to pick up her drunken boyfriend from jail.

Jenna Bush's friend William Bridges, 18, was arrested at a wild drinking party near the Texas University Christian campus when he became out-of-hand.

After four hours locked in the cell at Forth Worth, Texas, he phoned 19-year-old Jenna. And within minutes Mr Bush's secret service agents arrived in a blacked-out car and took the student home.

President Bush is said to be furious that Jenna used secret agents to help a drunken friend.

Tarrant County Sheriff Dee Anderson said: "He was intoxicated and very vocal about who he was."

And I think we are totally valid in attacking their stand on the issues, and supporting policies which have been detrimental for this country.

I think it's even valid to attack them for breaking the underage drinking law in Texas---which their father signed into law as Gov.

Otherwise, I just think we should stay away from personal attacks or diabribes.

What the right-wing did to Chelsea Clinton was awful. You're right. She was only 12 yrs old when she entered the WH for the first time, and she gets parodied on SNL, and called a dog by Limbaugh.

The beauty of being a liberal is that we are so much better than that.

We attack a person's policies...not them personally.

And you already KNOW where your money is going:
It's being used to provide physical security
for a young woman who (through no fault of her own)
had the singular misfortune to be sired by
the most HATED human being on God's Green Earth.

And please don't assume she "CHOSE" to campaign for her father.
From what I surmise of the traditional B*sh-family parenting style,
CHOICE is not a valued concept.

13. I believe that Barbara is the one being groomed for a political career.

This is why Jenna can do her little antics and get the press focused on her. In the meantime, Barbara is in the background, learning all the "tricks of the trade" of the bush dynasty so she can assume her proper role in the future.

Something about that young woman disturbs me. Maybe it's because she looks more like her father than Jenna does, but she has this very sly look about her and something that I can't quite describe but which bothers me a great deal. Hopefully, after georgie, the bush dynasty will be in ruins.

I think she actually looks more like Laura. I've always thought that Barbara was rather pretty, but just appeared to be more "trouble" than she was let on to be. Jenna was a really cute girl when she was younger, but for the last few years, every picture I've seen of her made her look like her father in a blonde wig. The years have not been kind.

I know- I shouldn't be picking on their looks. But look at how Chelsea Clinton was hounded- That poor girl was a class act and the Repukes wouldn't let up on her. Now she is a poised, educated, and very attractive woman. I figure it's time for them to eat their words.
