5. Similarly biased, however.
What's the problem with being fair and unbiased, I wonder.

6. Another fair minded Democrat .....
Found face down in the mud ...

JUST where the 'bipartisan' Republicans left him ..... with boot tracks on his back ......

The time for fairness is over .....

We play to win now .... not to have one sided 'credibility' where WE are fair and kind and THEY shove our noses into the goo ......

If you arent willing to fight .. then perhaps you should step back ....

4. Pity it's so partisan...the only pols they charge are GOP
It would have more credibility if they included Dems and others, too.

But perhaps getting on the case of all chickenhawks isn't really the point of the exercise.

Also, note that the site goes after folks who are want to send others into war without having been there themselves. Many Democrats have served and Many Democrats aren't hawks.

9. The problem is the Dems are few and far between in this regard
they are outnumbered by the GOP chickenhawks quite healthily.

10. Then all the more reason to be honest, no?
Trying to pretend chickenhawkery is only bad when the GOP does it guarantees 2 things: (1) chickenhawkery itself can be dismissed as unimportant and (2) Democrats can be villified as partisan liars. Why suffer that rather than get on the case of the few Dem chickenhawks too?

13. Give me a BREAK
How many democrats are signed up with PNAC? PNAC invented the G-d D-mn war. Who the hell is trying to "pretend" anything here? Get a clue, please...

You've just responded in a completely orthogonal way.

11. If the Democrats AS A PARTY supported a war, THEN
it would be relevant to include Democrats who avoided service themselves, while sending OTHERS to risk their asses on the front lines.

But so long as Democrats, like Bill Clinton, are saying " I don't want ANY American getting shot at, then they are simply NOT "Chickenhawks" for not wanting to go to war.

14. Dear me.
I can't think when I've read a more self-exculpatory rationalisation. And you're meant to be a clergyman?
