2. Eerily similar to those "congressmen" who went to view Iraq
for themselves.

All of the Repukes were spouting nearly identical scripts.

Now, probably for most of them, this is the first time they ever got even near a war zone.

Nice to have flak jackets, armed guards, and armored vehicles to ride around in and with while visiting the dancing bears, er, liberated Iraqis.

3. I developed a similar plan for dems BEFORE the fist instance...
...back in the fall of 2001. I'm glad I never followed through with it!

4. I find supreme irony with the actions of the RW
Their favorite ultimate insult is to call us 'communists', but who really embodies that spirit? They do, of course.

They follow their leaders every word and deed without question.
They use RNC talking points like a good party worker would use Mao's little red book to figure the correct response.
They tolerate no criticism of the Supreme Leader, regardless of how disasterous his policies are.
Repeating lies often enough somehow negates the truth.
Supporting democracy is secondary to maintaining power. And just like the good communist worker, he'll get screwed while the corrupt rulers make out like bandits.

The stifling conformity of these groupthinkers are much closer to the communist ideal than even they realize.

"The Bush 4 year plan has brought us great success and we eagerly await our Perfect Father to bring us the next 4 to propel our future to even greater heights!"
