Can someone help me out with this question!
Okay, say it all comes to the surface that George W. Shrub illegally won the election. What happens? Will he immediately be removed from office? Can any of the laws and appointments he recommended be reversed? What will happen?

1. No. Kerry conceded.
It's a done deal.

2. Impeachment...
with any luck, as soon as the Dems regain a majority after the 2006 elections.

Even according to my Repub hubby, who'd NEVER admit any such thing until recently, it's going to happen! :)

3. U.S Presidents are elected by the Electoral College, not the
people in a popular election. This criminal is in till the next election or till impeachment.

5. Bush was elected by the electoral college
whose electors were chosen and certified by their respective states.

7. Can any of the laws and appointments he recommended be reversed?
That's the part of your post that most interests me.

I agree with the posters who told you that, if the election fraud were proved, an impeachment (no doubt using the fraud as some of its many grounds) would then be necessary.

But what about beyond impeachment? I mean, beyond impeachment and conviction? We've recently had a president impeached, but he was not convicted. What happens if one gets convicted? Shouldn't the laws and appointments he put in place be able to be reversed?

Even if the laws/appointments wouldn't qualify for instant reversal, it's for sure that everything with an impeached-and-convicted Shrub's name on it would be considered virtually unenforceable!
