8. This question always kind of bothers me
The conservative Christian right wants this overturned.
But when in comes down to feeding underprivileged children they always want to cut funding food stamps school lunch programs. So if I get this right its OK to kill them slowly.

15. Wade isn't really all that bad.
He's my brother-in-law, and even though he did vote for bu$h, he only voted for him cause "it's better to fight them over there than it is to fight them over here". Then again, maybe Wade isn't such a nice guy after all!!

14. People who say Dems should not support abortion rights look at this!
Scalito's mom is the reason he is tanking in the polls right now.

22. Roe v. Wade is waaay over debated. Republicans don't want it overturned.
This is what you call a Red Herring.

It is a prime motivator for the ultra right wing. They also know that all the time wasted talking about it takes attention away from other issues.

Argue it, fine, but is that all people look at in a Supreme Court nominee?

How about where a nominee stands on corporate rights, environmental issues, separation of church and state?

95% of the time you hear Roe v. Wade, 5% on issues that should arguably have more priority.

24. I've challenged the GOP to come out and say they will overturn Roe
The only ones who have said they will, like Santorum, are history.
