Would you have ever believed Reid had the moxy to do what he did ?
He surprised the hell out of me. I viewed him as a mild mannered submissive with occasional obligatory Democrat talking points on the floor.

But he kicked down the wall like Elliott Ness on Al Capone this week. General Reid, you sure earned my respect!!!!!

Let the tsunami begin.

2. Yes
read his bio in the New Yorker some time ago - he is tough on the inside.

Also - saw him filibuster for HOURS, reading from the book he had written about Searchlight, NV. He read slowly - drove the repugs nuts. It was fun to watch.

3. I have to say I wasn't that familiar with him before.
But I was sure impressed with his sincere earnestness. (Is that a word?) Pulling that folded document from his back pocket - right before he pulled the "Rule" - was just great.

4. Yes. I knew that he was going to be a good leader.
He did several things early on that revealed where his heart (and his cajones) were. Reid is a great leader. We're lucky to have him.

5. I had feared that his moxy had been tempered with pragmatism.
Nothing wrong with that; but he definitely surprised me here.

7. Yeah he sure closed the runways on their Area 51 didn't he.
I have a feeling rule 21 will be a little more common around here if they try to sabotage this investigation.
