2. Yes, and those should be sufficient
evidence to have kicked Brownie out the door, but NO, they keep him on the payroll to ADVISE them on what happened? He's the last one that would have known the answer to THAT.

Even if Brownie was being flippant, he could have used that time in a million other ways to help the victims of Katrina, rather than worry about his appearance on camera.

What a loser.
