3. Maybe Paula Von Zahn is trying to beat Faux News to the punch
Not only do they now not tell you bad news to keep you comforted, now they lie about reality to make the audience comfortable.

And some exercises are just asking for joint break downs... former dancer, jogger, aerobics chick here... with arthritis confirmed in feet and the knees... and hips are next according to the stiffness and pain I'm feeling these days. I'm paying dearly for that great body I had and can no longer support with that kind of exercise.

I don't know what Zahn is saying, but I can sure agree with some thoughts along those lines.

4. She is doing a show on eating disorders and exercise bulimia is one of
those disorders with sometimes devastating consequences. My daughters best friend had this and was hospitalized for 4 months last year, her heart was damaged along with other organs.

5. Makes sense to me
I'm lucky my heart is in good shape. I went for years exercising for 4 to 6 hours a day. I'm paying for it now. That, and demanding to be put en pointe when I was only 7. Stupid.
