Bush & Gang can campaign - but can they govern?

He campaigned (and supposedly won) with 51%
He is now in charge of governing and has:
CBS poll today 35% approval.

How do democrats use this to throw them overboard in a campaign. Yeah they will lie, cheat and steal to get your vote, but then...all hell will break loose.
