Last night on Larry King, she spoke about her role as one of the 3 dems on the SIC who will evaluate the progress of the investigation.

OR - she balances a fine line as she tries to keep her big $$$ friends happy.

Well if not then maybe she'll do the right thing. I can't get her joint press conference out of my head, on rising gas prices back in 2002.

She gave a joint press conference from the Chevron global headquarters media relations office proclaiming there was no price gouging at the pump, and declaring the end to MTBE, while approving a no-fault clause in the legislature about the cleanup.
