4. Let me get this straight....

They were in closed session for 2 hours and decided that each party will designate 3 Senators to discuss Phase II and the Republicans still don't know who in the hell they are sending for the discussion? Reid named all three Democrats, why can't the Republicans?

And now Roberts is whining about what Reid did. He's trying to do a little CYA right now...claiming that the Republicans were already planning on going into Phase II back on May 17th. So they started the phase according to Roberts but Frist can't even decide who the Republicans are sending? I'm calling bullshit on Roberts right now.
