when the right wing rants about cost of this investigation
Edited on Sat Oct-29-05 03:28 PM by madrchsod
maybe we should look at another case during the clenis years. do you remember mike espy and the right wing investigation into his problem? even "fat tony" scalia couldn`t stomach this case. this is enjoyable reading into how not to investigate , bring indictments, and prosecute a case. if i were in libby`s shoes i`d be really afraid..either way he turns he`s a dead man walking

crap i forgot to put in the link....oh well to many pain killers today..google for interesting reading.

working out at the gym and Sam Seder mentioned the cost of this trial: LESS THAN $750,000. YES, LESS!

Cost of Starr investigation: $60 million.

In 1996, Cisneros pled guilty to a misdemeanor charge, paid a $10,000 fine and $25 in court costs. And since then, the Republican "independent" prosecutor has spent $21 million taxpayer dollars to continue to investigate a guy who already pled guilty.
