If he is convicted on all five charges. However, there are other charges that could still be filed (conspiracy etc) that would substantially raise the sentence.

4. If this thing gets bigger,
as I suspect it will, Bush is going to want to think long and hard before pardoning anyone. It'll jeopardize his legacy.

9. He will think about it and pardon them being a Narcissistic coward.
Bush has no legacy left and the longer he stays around the less he will have into the negative range. The public has not yet focused this in terms of false justification for war that is now coming.

I guess there would be some nobility if he would admit his crimes and resign. Maybe take a trip to the Roman bath with his sword or put on his flight suit for real. There is a certain element of Shakespearian drama about this mess but Bush the coward does not really have the nerve (beyond arrogance) to create any lasting legacy. His legacy is now beyond redemption.

8. It COULD be As Much as 35 years!
Especially given the severity of the underlying crime (per Fitzgerald's press conf). See here:

10. I think we should all be the fair, generous liberals that we are.
Let's send him to a Federal "Country Club" type jail with good food, tennis and golf, like CLUB GITMO.

:sarcasm:
