He never signed a confidentiality agreement. Poor trade craft to allow Wilson to write op-ed exposing the admin's lies. They may have outed themselves.

Saying that Fitz will try to keep it simple just for the reasons above. People don't understand the complicated nature of the CIA and it's operatives. Juries will have a hard time with it, so Fitz may try to keep it as simple as possible.

Could open up a wide range of possibilities.

diGenova says that conspiracy is an option. Toobin and diGenova agree that this might make the jury consider the war. Valerie Plame's role in exposing *herself* might come into play.
