3. Yes, and that is probably good news....
but it is hard not to be disappointed. I wanted his ass indicted TODAY! I can't help but be disappointed, but perhaps I will feel better after Fitzgerald speaks.

4. Perhaps Rove didn't out Plame?
I obviously don't know either way, but certainly we want the guilty to be indicted and the innocent to not be indicted, right? Is there a possibility that the leak was just from the office of the VP?

6. The actual outing is so hard to prove..
.. that the indictments are about lying, perjury, and obstruction of justice..

I think.

11. true....
I'm just worried that we are all so consumed with the idea of Rove going down that we no longer care if he actually committed a crime in this or not.

5. The question is..
Is he squirming?

I hope the threat of impending indictments stick in his craw like a hot skewer.

It couldn't happen to a meaner, nastier political operative.

Or.. will he turn into a whining child like DeLay, complaining about the politics of personal destruction.

Well.. how many politicians have DeLay and Rove destroyed?

Definitely nuff said.

Sue

8. Even Ann Coulter on CNN said this was a far bigger problem.
Not that anyone cares what she says overall but considering who she is, it's an interesting observation. Obviously she knows that if this investigation continues, it will uncover quite a lot of information that will not be good news to them- especially since it could certainly mean major investigation into the war in Iraq.

10. But why isn't he being indicted ?
What more could possibly be uncovered that might lead to an iindictment? Why doesn't Fitz have something on Turd Blossom, after four fucking times before the grand jury?

That's more than a little disheartening, I gotta say...

13. Here's a novel idea
Maybe there's not enough FUCKING EVIDENCE to indict him?

Wonder of wonders!

20. obvious
I do like Chris Matthews and his "Iraq is on trial" mantra, but I have some restraint and understand that he probably didn't have enough to get him.

Rove is off the hook, he would of been nailed today after 2 years. Plus the last few weeks everything shifted to Libby and Rove seemed like a small player who talked with Cooper once.

18. yeah
Everyone is looking for the silver lining, but Fitz didn't have enough goods after 2 years to nail him.

I read this as: "I'm still watching you piggy."

People are getting wild with speculation, but it's basically between Libby and Rove.

14. Bring out Your Dead
I am happy Libby will be indicted and hopefully it will bring scorn to the VP's office

Rove staying under investigation is still good news, despite lying to the Grand Jury, I don't know if he actually was involved in the leak but Fitz shoudl get his ass on the perjury charge

He's been under investigation for 2 years now. I'm not really feeling much better hearing this news. :(

17. Firedoglake.com says Rove is source of Rove

Intriguingly, Imus (who I know isn't exactly accuracy in media or anything, but still...) reported this morning that Rove, himself, was the source for some of the reporting, according to the AP. Let me just say that if a client of mine started calling reporters about whether or not he was innocent or wouldn't be indicted, reporters here would just laugh and hang up. Man, I'd love to know for whom Rove was a source, if that's true. That's just hilarious.
