Rove may go FREE!!
Certainly not definitive but disturbing anyway.

====

A person outside the legal profession familiar with recent developments in the case said Thursday night that Rove's team does not believe he is out of legal jeopardy yet but likely would be spared bad news Friday when the White House fears the first indictments will be issued.

Fitzgerald signaled Thursday he might keep Rove under continuing investigation, sparing him from immediate charges, the person said, speaking only on condition of anonymity because of the secrecy of the grand jury probe.

9. They are not indicting him TOMORROW.
But they are, if reports are true, indicting Libby tomorrow. Now, why would they do that?

Perhaps they want to deal with Libby and get him to dump his guts, in exchange for certain "considerations"?

Of course, prosecutors never, ever do ANYTHING like that, now do they?

he'll take the rap...And of course be pardon by Bush, no jail time and he won't have to talk...

If Rove rolled over, he'll go free, but that will piss someone off and he'll get a dime dropped on him, sooner or later...Rove is probably fine for right now...but hopefully he'll get his sometime in the near future.

11. Fitzgerald is continuing investigation--
that doesn't sound very good for Rove or for the administration.

19. I see the extension of the GJ and the
fact that Rove is not getting indicted tommorow as good news. Fitz is going after them for the big lie not the outing. This is gonna take time but I believe BushCo is sunk. I don't think even Poppy will be able to save him.
