I think Cheney's old Neocon pal James Woolsey spilled the beans to Cheney about Plame. Woolsey ran the CIA during the Clinton years before Tenet, and I'm sure he would have known about Plame, or still had contacts inside the CIA that could fill him in on her. Woolsey is a Neocon of the 10th degree, and he would do anything to help his old pals Cheney, Wolfowitz, Bolton and the other Neocons. Woolsey is also an old pal of Judith Miller. Cheney also sent him to England in October-November of 2001 to dig through the M5 files with Tony Blair's folks to find any link between Saddam and 9/11. The fact that the SOTU contained the phrase "The British have recently discovered that Iraq was trying to buy Uranium from Africa" has always raised a red flag for me because of Woolsey little "fact finding" trip. Coincidence? I think not. If Woolsey is not on Fitzgerald's list, he should be.
