Look at the posts. OldLeftieLawyer has been right every last time. We know nothing about this. Raw Story knows nothing. The NEw York Times knows nothing. The White House knows nothing.

The only person who knows anything about what he will or will not seek is Fitzgerald, and he isn't telling anybody until he's dang good and ready. And he may say nothing because he may seek no indictments. I suspect he will, but it's always a possibility that he won't.

If Rove thinks all they have on him is perjury and obstruction, immediately he starts raising expectations. Hell, he even pushes the expectations openly up to the Veep as a potential target, while insidiously inserting the meme that "perjury and obstruction is just a technicality".

It's a possibility, but the one thing I will guarantee you is this. None of what we have been reading in the papers and the web sites has been leaked by Fitzgerald's office. It has all come from the defendents.

And Rove is a master at lowering the bar. This time, he may be doing it in reverse.
