There's a guy kneeling in a gutter and there's WATER running in it!!!

It's been shown on CNN for hours now and he seems quite excited and maybe he's stuck there somehow. I have the audio off because I'm listening to Erin Hart, but I'm beginning to become concerned. I did that as a kid, but the CNN coverage suggests that there is really something dire happening. Should I turn on the audio?

Sure, I could have been reading Truthout or Fitzgerald's site or watching Democracy Now! on the net, but who else but CNN would have let me know about this guy's predicament. Fortunately he seems to have escaped now and is walking around now. I'm so relieved.
