with his Democratic attorney....So why should a Democratic Judge be a problem...

4. What a very good point!!
So, see, if/when they put a repukelican judge up there to hear Tom's case, his lawyer will file another recusal motion, saying he the lawyer (being a democrat) can't get a fair trial for his client before a repukelican judge!

So they'll just keep filing alternate recusal motions till... I dunno... till they get a Green Party judge or something.
