Need help finding a cartoon
I need help finding a cartoon. I think Daryl Cagle did it, but after looking on his site I'm not sure.

Its about the trade gap between the US and China.

It has a picture of a Soviet bear on the left, looking at you saying "We will bury you!" as if it were a "then" caption. On the right, it has a picture of a panda bear saying "We will buy you!" as if it were a now caption.

If anyone has seen it or knows where I can find a link to it, please let me know.
