Great article on Jim McDermott's support for Dean
Another great article by Sandeep Kaushik from the Stranger newspaper in Seattle. It's about Washington Congressman Jim McDermott's decision to back Howard Dean.

Jim McDermott reached the same conclusion that I did in regards to Dean. We both may not agree with all of his policies but I am convinced that Dean is the most viable candidate in the Democratic Party.

McDermott's choice must speak volumes. Here is the article.

As the link you gave resets every Thursday.

And again, another great article by Kaushik on the Dem field. The Stranger has the best political reporting in Seattle, hands down!

3. Awesome
McDermott is a good congressman, a doctor too, I believe. I want to say that he's a psychiatrist, but I could be wrong.

4. Great article and good quotes from JM
I have lots of respect for JM, and am very pleased with his representation and efforts in Congress. I plan to keep his opinion in mind, but I am not ready to abandon DK's candidacy. His stance is just too good on so many levels.

I agree that the simian-faced-idiot has got to go, and of course that is of paramount importance.

Still, these neocon fascists are so bad that I still have hope that the people of America will wake up enough to be willing to cast them out on general principles alone. Like Davis in California, the simian-faced-idiot may have many constituents to some vague platform or party that he espouses. Yet those constituents just may possibly realize that someone so utterly ignorant and imcompetent has to go.

There are so many failings of these clowns in DC, the ammunition for regime change in this country is rife. Why not strive to put the best and most progressive candidate in the Oval Office?

I seldom watch tv, and I had no chance to catch the show last night. Mike Webb on his KIRO talk show last night gave a really good rundown of the evening. The clip of AS talking about the "simian-faced-idiot" * (not Al's words) and Blair in the telephone booth was a riot. AS is a great wit! Another good one was when the moderator referred to CMB as "Mr. Ambassador." Glad to see those tv media lackeys are on the ball as usual!

Like McDermott, I find good stuff in HD's speeches and positions, as I find good stuff in some of the others as well. America could do worse, no doubt.

5. Good read thanks...
I think Dean is exactly what this country needs today.

I may not have supported him in the 90's, but for everything there is a season.

GO DEAN!
