hurricane program. No talk of off budget Irag spending.

7. Rep. Pence said "No one saw...Katrina coming." I call bullshit.
EVERYONE saw it coming. The scientists and researchers all saw aCat. 4 or 5 coming. They ran the Pam simulation. Nat'l. Geo. ran an entire cover story on the issue including wetland destruction and storm surge and levees.
