2. What I can't understand is
when are ones runing for political office going to have to prove their qualifications before they can run for office? Perhaps it is time for resumes to be used and made available to the public. It shouldn't count that you can hire good people around you to do the job, the candidate should be qualified first of all. I have a small home business and even I would not hire someone who is not personally qualified.
