You know there's going to be trouble when Chris Matthews...
says there will be indictments. On the Today show this morning he said there is a big chance that bush will lose rover and scooter. All he'd have left is Andy Card who is rumored to want to work at the Treasury.

He believes there will be indictments in the next week given the evidence that has come through reporters and thinks Fitzgerald has much more.

2. Actually, I think that means...
...that there won't be indictments, because every single thing he has ever uttered has been completely wrong.

3. (p)Resident's and VP's top guys indicted -- bring it on.
These aren't some low-level cronies, these are the evil pair's top aides (and in one case, his brain). Bad, bad, bad for this administration. I hope this comes to pass.

4. I guess he didn't discuss unindicted co-conspirators.
After all, it's not the crime. It's the coverup.

Thank you Tricky Dick.

Nixon at least left with a flourish upon ascending his helicopter. I expect that * and Cheney will slither out on their bellies. Or may just Cheney will do that. Jr. will be so drunk that he'll have to be wheeled out on a gurney with a B-vitamin IV drip following behind.

7. He didn't do it this morning, but yesterday on Hardball he was insinuating
that Cheney was probably involved.

6. One excellent thing. Couric opened up the dialogue by saying why should
the American people care. And Chris then explains that this had to do with the nuclear threat and going to war in Iraq over false info. :)

8. didn't bush's dad already fire rove for this kind of stuff before....
with 'going into baghdad' understood by scowcroft & his dad so completely when they needed to understand it; is g.w. bush so disrespectful of his father, that re-hiring rove in a similar position is seen as a slap in his father's face  what does that say for g.w. bush's learn'in curve = it's gotta be heading south on a sliding, full time basis

:nopity:

cause an old dude that still goes by 'scooter' is pretty much on his own so far as i can see

10. I Wonder If Tweety Will Disclose His Testimony...
So Tweety...after two years of trying to play down this scandal as being some kind of fishing expedition actually has some merit? Stop the presses!!!

Note to Tweety: Dude...we had this scandal and your number here two years ago. We're also very aware that you were up to your beak on this crap and you have some "'splain' to do".

OK...now will Tweety admit he took calls from Rove and/Libby or others in this regime with the purpose to spread rumors and disinformation? Think the guy has any credibility left? Doubtful.
